Team Mentoring Program

The Team Mentoring Program at Baker University was created to involve faculty/staff members in the co-curricular learning that takes place within the context of intercollegiate athletics. Each team selects one team faculty/staff mentor to join the team at practices, competitions, and other team functions in an effort to give the faculty/staff member a deeper understanding of how participation in athletics advances the mission of the liberal arts education.
