Bio

Willy Perez enters his first season as head coach for the Wildcats ahead of their inaugural 2023-24 season.

With over 20 years of playing experience in flag football, Perez comes to Baker after boasting a highly-successful career as a quarterback that includes both national and world championships as well as being a finalist for the 2022 US National Team.

In 2021, Perez won the FFWCT 35 and Over World Championship in both 4 and 5 Man formats with the championships being played in Panama City.

Perez was named head coach of the U.S. National Girls 15U team in 2023. He has coached flag football in various youth divisions and spent two years as head coach at Monsignor Edward Pace High School in Florida where the sport is played competitively at the high school level.
