Baker Bowling Closes Out Season at USBC ITC Sectionals

FORT WORTH, Texas – The Baker men's and women's teams traveled to Fort Worth, Texas this past weekend to compete in the USBC ITC Sectionals where the women finished 13th overall and the men placed 19th.

The women ended the first day of the competition in 13th with a total pinfall of 5,694. At the end of the competition, they finished with a total pinfall of 11,363 to finish in 13th.

On the men's side, they finished day one in 17th with a total pinfall of 5,954. They ended the competition in 19th with a total pinfall of 11,730.

Finishing the season ranked 21st in the NAIA, the BU women close out a 2023-24 season that saw them place fourth at the Heart of America Conference Championship. Kinsey Miller was named the Heart Conference Player of the Year and selected First Team All-Conference.

The men finish the season ranked 30th in the NAIA. Their season is highlighted by a fourth-place finish at the Heart of America Conference Championship and Josh King being named to the Second Team All-Conference.
