Lemke Named Heart Men’s Golfer of the Week

BALDWIN CITY, Kan. - Ben Lemke of the Baker men's golf team was selected this week's Heart Men's Golfer of the Week after coming in first place at the Park Invite last week.

Lemke topped the leaderboard in Parkville, Mo. last Monday (March 25), shooting even par to lead a Baker men's team that finished first overall and earned its first team title of the season.

It marks the second straight week a Wildcats golfer has received the conference's weekly honor after teammates Drew Lisec and Paula Martin-Montero swept the men's and women's awards last week.

With just the BU women's team in action this week at the Tabor Invite (April 1-2), both squads will compete next at the Bethany Invite on April 8-9 in Newton, Kan.
