Miller Earns Heart Women’s Bowler of the Week Honors

BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – Senior Kinsey Miller was selected Heart of America Athletic Conference Women's Bowler of the Week following her performance for the Baker women's bowling team at the Eagle Open this past weekend.

Competing against a field of 90 bowlers, Miller placed third individually at the two-day tournament hosted by Avila and helped the Wildcats to a fourth-place finish in the team standings. The Emporia, Kan. native knocked down a total of 942 pins in five games for a weekend average of 188.4. Her best bowling came in the final two games where she posted a combined score of 436, including a tournament-high 235 in game four.

Miller and the Wildcats will host the NAIA West Regionals on Feb. 3-4 with the tournament being held at Royal Crest Lanes in Lawrence, Kan.
