Miller Nabs Third Straight Heart Women's Bowler of the Week

BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – For the third straight week, senior Kinsey Miller earned Heart Women's Bowler of the Week honors after taking first place at the highly-competitive Hoosier Classic this past weekend in Indianapolis.

Miller, a senior from Emporia, Kan., took first place at the Hoosier Classic last week, finishing ahead of over 400 bowlers with a scoring average of 231.3. She helped lead a BU women's team that finished 38th out of 66 teams.

It becomes the third straight week Miller has collected conference bowler of the week honors after earning the award following her performances at the NAIA West Tournament (Feb. 3-4) and Eagle Open (Jan. 27-28).

With Miller and the women's team boasting four straight conference titles, Baker will play host to the 2023-24 Heart Men's and Women's Bowling Championships on Feb. 24-25 with the tournament taking place at Gage Center Bowl in Topeka, Kan.
