Four Wildcats Selected as Daktronics NAIA Women’s Volleyball Scholar-Athletes

BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – Baker volleyball had four players named Daktronics NAIA Women's Volleyball Scholar-Athletes as the national office announced the list of honorees on Tuesday.

The Wildcats were among a group of 1,200 women's volleyball student-athletes that received the prestigious award.

Representing Baker were student-athletes Meredith Brown, Delaney Franklin, Emma Grossoehme and Ashley Matthews.

In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
